We take pride in our products here at Hempire Innovations. We want to make sure you receive your orders in good condition and in a timely manner. Dealing with returns and refunds is not what we hope for; more importantly, our promise is to approach these situations with fairness and reason.
30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
This policy is within 30 days of the purchase. Beyond 30 days past your purchase date we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
We take several measures to optimize the success of shipments/deliveries. If it is our fault that your order is not in acceptable condition, we guarantee we'll cover replacement. We handle each return uniquely. If you are making a claim, please provide pictures and descriptive written details.
You are allowed to return items subject to our review. Returns must be in original packaging that has not been destroyed. First, send us an email through our contact form with your name and order number. We will further correspond with you via email and will ask for pictures if your claim involves having received unacceptable goods.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Next, we will review your exchange or refund request.
Shipping for returns/exchanges are your responsibility.
