B) RENOUNCE, SURRENDER AND PARDON THE “SUPPLIER” FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LIABILITY EMERGENT FROM LAW ENFORCEMENT CONFISCATION, DAMAGED PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER DISREGARD.
C) GUARANTEE, HOLD INNOCENT AND PLEDGE NOT TO SUE THE “SUPPLIER” FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES OR CLAIMS CONSTRUCTED IN LIEU OF PURCHASING ANY INDUSTRIAL HEMP DERIVED PRODUCTS.
If you plan to resell and/or market any Legally Hemp Derived products, familiarize yourself with your residing state laws and their hemp program. If the state you reside in does not have a regulated Industrial Hemp Program, it is recommended to reference the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018.
