Delta 8 Distillate & Naturally Derived Sativa Terpenes
At Hempire Innovations; we care about our environmental impact. Despite the popularity of disposable vapes in today's hemp market, they are one of the highest statistically rising environmental pollutants. Disposables introduce plastic, metals, and flammable lithium ion batteries into the environment. Fortunately, hemp distillate oils are not as harmful as nicotine leaching into soil, waterways and biological systems of wild animals.
On the bright side, all kinds of vapes whether they are a disposable, pod system, mod, cartridge or 510 battery can be recycled! We strongly encourage you to recycle your empty vape devices and pods. If you don't mind doing some good, please gather your empty disposables and pods (we collect ALL VAPES, not just ones we sell). Then leave them outside your door and our team will collect it upon delivery to be properly recycled!
All materials brought to the Household Hazardous Waste permanent facility and HazWagon are either recycled, repurposed, neutralized, used for alternative power generation, or disposed of in accordance with state and federal law.
New Hanover County Environmental Management Department has partnered with New Hanover County Public Libraries, UNCW, CFCC, and the Fort Fisher Aquarium to provide satellite collection points for battery recycling. In addition to the main facility at 3002 U.S. Highway 421 North and the mobile HazWagon, residents can bring used batteries for recycling to the following locations:
