SHIPPING POLICY

Discreet Packaging

All shipped orders from Hempire Innovations LLC are packaged using safe and discreet packaging. Packages are sealed and labeled in a manner that does not disclose the nature of the contents.

 

Order Processing

Orders are typically prepared and transferred to a shipping carrier within 1–2 business days after submission.

Orders placed after the daily processing cutoff will be prepared on the next available business day.

Estimated delivery time after the shipping carrier receives the package is approximately 2–4 business days, though delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery timelines begin once the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

 

Same-Day Shipment Clarification

Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time may qualify for same-day shipment.

Same-day shipment refers only to the transfer of the package to the shipping carrier on the same business day, not delivery of the package to the customer that same day.

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled entirely by the carrier’s transportation network.

Customers acknowledge that same-day shipment does not mean same-day delivery.

 

 

Shipping Carriers

Hempire Innovations primarily ships orders using United States Postal Service whenever possible.

In certain circumstances shipments may instead be sent using United Parcel Service depending on operational or logistical requirements.

Carrier selection may vary based on factors including:

• shipping destination

• package size or weight

• carrier pickup availability

• delivery reliability in specific regions

• infrastructure coverage in the destination area

Some delivery locations rely more heavily on private carrier infrastructure rather than federal postal routes. In these situations UPS may be used when USPS service is limited or unavailable.

Hempire Innovations reserves the right to select the most appropriate carrier for each shipment.

 

Carrier Pickup and Operating Hours

Packages are transferred to shipping carriers during scheduled pickup windows or by drop-off at carrier facilities Monday through Friday.

Shipping carriers operate independently and maintain their own facility hours. Many carrier locations close in the evening and operate with reduced hours on weekends.

Self-service drop boxes may also have size or weight restrictions, meaning certain packages must be delivered directly to a staffed counter.

Customers acknowledge that shipping timelines depend on carrier pickup schedules and facility availability.

 

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are generated by the shipping carrier and are sent to the email associated with the order.

Carrier tracking systems may take time to update. In some cases packages may not receive a scan until they reach a sorting facility or the final delivery stage.

Tracking updates are generated and maintained by the shipping carrier and are outside the control of Hempire Innovations.

 

Shipping Delays

Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to weather conditions, routing issues, transportation disruptions, operational volume, or scanning delays.

Customers acknowledge that shipping timelines are estimates and may vary.

If a package is marked in transit, customers must allow the carrier time to complete delivery.

Hempire Innovations does not issue refunds or replacements for shipments that are delayed while still moving through the carrier’s network.

If a shipment appears significantly delayed or missing, Hempire Innovations may open an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Carrier investigations must be completed before replacement or refund determinations are made.

 

Delivered Package Responsibility

Once a package has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier, the shipment is considered fulfilled.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery location is secure.

Hempire Innovations is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery theft claims.

 

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Hempire Innovations is not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

 

Address Changes and Rerouting

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Hempire Innovations generally cannot modify or reroute the shipment.

Shipping carriers assume control of the package once it enters their network.

Address changes or rerouting requests must be handled directly with the shipping carrier and are subject to the carrier’s policies.

 

Age Verification

First-time customers may be required to verify that they are 21 years of age or older before an order is shipped.

Customers may be asked to provide a valid government-issued photo ID.

Orders requiring verification will not be shipped until verification has been completed.

 

Signature Requirements

Shipments do not currently require an adult signature upon delivery.

Customers do not need to be present at the time of delivery for standard shipments.

 

Free Shipping

Orders totaling $99.99 or greater qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

 

Shipment Issues

If a customer believes their shipment was never delivered, they should contact Hempire Innovations so the situation can be reviewed.

Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Customers agree to attempt resolution with Hempire Innovations before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
